We ship all orders less than 10 lbs expedited ground freight. Receive free freight (continental USA) on orders over $39 with use of code. I bought this not thinking it would actually support me as I have been disappointed by other brands in the past. I wear a 14D bra - I bought the size adults extra large. It holds me in place as the fabric is super supportive, and the actual fit adds to the support - great bra!!!
