Womens Halter Leotard

This leotard is very nice and flattering. I'm pleased with the way it fits and it's VERY comfortable. The only thing is I wish it had a more supportive bra lining. But other than that I love it!

I got a petite women in this size and it fit me well but it was low on the chest and the halter part rolled down a little but overall i would recommend. I think the leo is for people with more of a curvy body type.

My daughter is a very thin, 5'3" petite size. She is long waist-ed so I was not sure if this would fit well, but it fits perfectly! She really liked it and wanted to wear it first day she got it- said it was comfortable fabric and liked the way it looked.

I bought this leo for class wear and it works fairly well, but it ended up running way smaller than I had expected. I end up wearing a bra with this leotard for a little extra security. Would recommend but order a size or two up.

This is my new favorite leotard! I wear it to class all the time! It is a beautiful color and the material is very stretchy and durable. Love it!

The style of this leotard is very flattering on my body and it is not uncomfortable. With many leotards I find that the straps are too long and the front falls down, but that does not happen with this leotard! The strap around the neck is also not uncomfortable at all. The material does seem a little low quality, but I would still suggest this leotard if you like halter styles!

I have been wearing this leotard for years. I got my first one in blue for everyday classes and wore it far more than any of my other leotards. I then moved up and got it in black and a bigger size. It has lasted for so long and fits so well. The material is light and breathable but not too thin. The leg line is very nice and I love the simplicity of this leotard.

the halter neckline accentuates your body nicely, its swimsuit material and can even be worn as a bodysuit! worn for almost a school yr for dance class, pretty good quality. i am about 140 lb, 5" 3' and bought a large!

This leotard was very uncomfortable after the first wear when I realized how small it runs. My motion was extremely limited as I was afraid my boob would pop right out and I spent the whole class holding it up. The neck strap is sewn at an uncomfortable angle. The last thing I disliked, was that I wore it with a practice tutu just like many of my other leotards, but unlike any leotard I have had before, there were runs in the stretchy fabric creating a rugged look. I had high hopes for this leotard and am awfully sad to leave such a poor review on a leotard that could be so flattering if it had been sewn differently with better quality fabric.

It is NOT true to size! It runs a little small and it seems that it is made for people with a shorter torso.

This is an awesome leo. It is the comfiest leo I own and is beautiful on. A friend gave it to me and It is by far my favorite leo. I got it in teal and I loooove it!!!!!!I am going to order another one tomorrow I would definitely recommend this leotard...It is high cut on the bottom which I love and it makes my legs look amazing and long!I would give this leo five stars easily!!!!!!!!!

The leotard cut is exactly like the picture. The halter doesn't cut into your skin, but like any halter it can be a little uncomfortable if you wear it all day. It isn't cut too low (I'm only a A-cup). I am 5'7" and 118 pounds and got a medium. The material is a little on the thin side. The stomach didn't hug me tightly, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. The color started fading after about 2 washes. It is less blue now, not as intense as the picture at all. But it was cheap, so you get what you pay for. If you buy it,you should probably just stick to black.

I love the color of this leotard. I like the cut of the leg. That is about it. This leotard looks good on people with absolutely no bust whatsoever. Do not buy if you think you are more than a large B. the way the halter and bust area is designed is in a cut out pattern. The fabric cuts pretty far into the chest area in a swooping kind of way(for lack of a better term) and the fabric does not hold all of me. The amount of side-boob in this leotard is terrible. the lining in this leotard is pathetic and you can clearly see the nipple area through it, even on my flat chested friend who tried it on. The fabric is sweat absorbent and you can see sweat marks from across the room. I do not recommend this leotard and i wish discount dance would revisit it and remake it.

I absolutely LOVE this leotard! I needed a plain, black colored leotard for a low price because I went to the Joffery Summer Intensive and this was a great buy! It is cut in such a way on top that my sports bras don't peek over the top (which has been a problem with other leos) It's very comfortable and I ordered one of each color XD

Purchased this leotard because my adult ballet classes are just twice a week and I figured I'd only get two leotards in simple black. I prefer halter style because I'm particular about how clothing sits on my body. Tried this leotard on when it arrived and I wasn't too sure about its fit. It felt loose around the bust and I was worried I'd have a slip in class (I have a medium-small chest and don't wear a bra under leotards). BUT once the sweat started coming during class, this leotard didn't budge. It sticks close to your body once you warm up. Feels just like a bathing suite and didn't notice any "pockets" of sweat collection on the leotard. The halter doesn't strain the neck. Only thing is that the shelf bra doesn't offer much support. I'm 5'7" and vary between 125-130 pounds, got a size large and fits true.

The halter on this leotard cuts in far too much, offering no coverage let alone support to the top. Even if the leotard was properly made on top it would still be heavily flawed.The fabric is far too slippery and uncomfortable. Also, their is no way to adjust the halter strap witch is much to long.

I ordered this leotard simply because I was looking for an inexpensive halter. When it come in the mail it was absolutely gorgeous. The leotard is very figure flattering and makes my body look skinny, lean and long. The build in bra is a little lose but it isn't too big of a deal and is still very supportive (I am a C cup). The halter neck is a little bit tight and can start to get uncomfortable during class but it is bearable.

My daughter is 9 and is about 54 inches (4ft. 6 in.) tall. I ordered and adult small based on the size chart that went with the leotard online. While the body of the leotard fit her well in the hips, waist and chest, the length was too short. The halter strap had to be stretched almost to it's max and the front of the leotard then barley covered her chest. Needless to say she was very disappointed when she tried it on.

The leotard in general is fantastic, especially for the price. I love the feel of it and it seems like it will last long. I read reviews saying that the neck band was long and make the neck line lower than you'd, so I ordered a size smaller. But I wish I hadn't because now the neck band seems too tight. My suggestion is order your normal size.

This leotard is beautiful! I don't have the best dancers body, but this Leo is so flattering! I have it in the deep purple color, and black! The halter is not uncomfortable to me at all! I recommend it!

This leotard is awesome! The fabric is so smooth and soft, and it's extremely comfortable! I'm 5'8", 95 lbs and ordered the small. It's a tiny bit large, but it's probably due to my nonexistent boobs. I got the teal and it's VERY pretty.

This is a great Leo for the money. I've had mine for year, and other than loosing weight and it being a bit baggy in the neck and the shelf lining being long now, I still wear it and it looks nice. It is a bit shiny or silky looking, but I prefer that to the cotton Leo's that just look old to me for some reason. I need to order one in a medium now. Make sure you order according to the size chart it runs to size, and doesn't shrink.

I'm 5'3, 115 lbs. and fairly flat chested and a short torso. Other than the halter strap it fit very well. The halter strap was too short so the leo was stretching and made it very uncomfortable. Also, the neckline is much lower than shown in the picture.

I bought this leotard for my ballet classes and it has lasted a lot longer than I expected for the price, but the strap is too long. At the same time the back part falls down any time I do anything. It is ok, but a bit annoying.

This leotard is kinda comfortable and then not so comfortable. The top of the halter falls down a lot, but it may be just me. The leg lining part of the leo rides up and i have to pull that part down a lot. Its ok. This criss-cross back leotard that i suggested down at the bottom is AMAZING! I would recomend that one! Ive had it for a while and its durable, comfortable, and pretty!!!

I was a little worried that the leotard would not stay in place but it works just fine. I like that the halter strap is completely attached (no worrying about strap coming undone in class...). If you need extra support, the back is high enough so you can wear a regular bra (strapless or halter) underneath. The fabric is a little thin (not bad) so I usually wear one underneath.

I got this leo in a petite like I always do because I'm 4'11, 86 pounds, and an 32A and it fits great everywhere but the strap is a little to long but I can and do still wear it and the Fabric is really nice it doesn't move to much. But it's still a beautiful leotard.

Great leotard! Very comfy and dupports me in all the right places! I have a medium torso and wear a 36 A and the medium fits perfectly. The sizing chart is right on! Love this leotard

This leotard didn't work with my body type at all. I have a longish torso and a large chest, and it just wasn't flattering on me. I'm a medium in most other leos so got a medium in this as well, and the chest was too big despite the girth being too short. I've only worn it once and probably won't wear it again, just because I don't feel comfortable in it.

I am a heavier girl, but I have an odd shape. I am short with a longer torso and the front part of my stomach is small but my sides arnt, also my bra size is 36 DDD. SO what I am wondering is am I going to feel supported enolugh to jump with out worrying about BB going all over the place? also, is the shelf liner going to actually go all the way over? that has been one my problems with leos is the stomach fits perfectly but the breast liner doesnt.

I would say probably not supportive enough BUT.... The fabric is pretty thin but the good news is that the back is high enough to wear a bra underneath (strapless or halter) & the scoop doesn't come down so low that you're "flashing" the class. - Seattledanceteacher (05/26/2013)

Hmmmmmm. Well i have this leo and I am thin and I have to keep pulling up the top...There isnt tons of support. There is no bra inside the leo just a thin kind of bra but its not really a bra, more of a lining. But i wouldnt recommend this leo to anyone. I would say that it's going to be very tight with the liner, but it has a lot of stretch, which may make you feel secure. I would suggest wearing an undergarment with it just to make sure everything stays in place. I'm a 36 C and the liner comes down to my natural waist, but I have an hour glass figure. - Rarasaurous (06/16/2014)

I am a 36 C and I share the same problem of leotards not being supportive enough and sometimes being too low-cut and revealing. This leotard however was very, very supportive. The self-lining was a little bit lose for me, so for you it should fit perfectly over. - Nbhogal (11/05/2014)

This leotard has absolutely no support especially for a curvier person. I found the halter was cut too far toward the neck so it wasn't even enough coverage to feel comfortable about.
