JeanZ03/23/2012GOOD FIT FOR NARROW FEET WITH TAPERED TOES
My daughter went through 1/2 dozen styles before finally being fit in these. It is the only shoe she has found yet (xxx narrow) that supports her narrow foot with long big toe and tapered toe length. She finally feels stable, secure and comfortable. Her turns and control have significantly improved and her feet look prettier. They are a nice color and about average in durability. The best part is that these are much less expensive than all the other shoes we tried.

these were my first pointe shoes and i loved them. they died after four months but they lasted me through two pointe classes a week and a performance, and they managed to stay relatively clean. i have very narrow feet and long toes, and these were the only shoes that really fit me when i got them. i'm ordering another pair tonight!

Becky06/12/2011 Ri,MINIMAL BREAK IN AND THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL
I've been doing pointe for about ten years now and have tried LOTS of shoes. These are by far my favorite shoes. Minimal break in and they look beautiful. The only thing I don't like is that the shank wears out quickly if you have strong feet. However, I have very "destructive" feet and I only went through 2 pairs of these in a year as opposed to 3 or 4 pairs with other brands.

Anonymous12/22/2009GREAT FOR BEGINNERS
My first pair of pointe shoes, and they're lovely! Out of the eight pairs I got fitted for, these were the only ones that fit right. The only problem with them is that I have to tighten the elastic a LOT because my feet are so narrow. I almost lost the elastic in the shoe when adjusting them once! But other than that they were a very easy break-in and make my feet look so pretty. Highly recommended for beginners.

Ansley12/13/2009 Atlanta, Ga,THE SHOES WERE OK..............
This shoe was my first pair of pointe shoes. My foot gets narrower as you get to the heel, so I crossed strapped my elastic to keep the shoe on my heel, but it fell off anyway when I did any type of jump or fast movement. Also, I only had these shoes for 3 months before I had to get new ones. The box got too soft, and I was in REALLY BAD pain. But don't judge the shoe because of that, because that was my foot, not the shoe.

dancingqueen11/02/2009I HATE THESE SHOES!
These are my second pair of pointe shoes. First I had Bloch Signature Rehearsal. I loved them... When I went to get new ones as I had grown out of them... THEY DID NOT HAVE MY SIZE!!! I was very upset.. These shoes are impossible to get over. I have had them for almost three months and they are not fully broken in yet! I get a blister every time I wear these! I am in pain after 30 minutes of pointe! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Kb 03/23/2023 Charlotte-nc Size
My 12 yro daughter who got fitted for 5 xx es0170L b morph, I presume is children size, not adult? Because she wears street size 4.55. She just grew out of that one, what would you recommend next size up for her? Thank you
The ES0170L and the S0103L do not have the same sizing recommendations. To switch to the S0103L we recommend following the sizing guideline for that shoe or being professionally fitted for the new shoe. Sizing information can be found under the sizing tab. Size 4.5 street shoe would be an adult size shoe in pointe shoes. - DDS Customer Service (03/25/2023)
searchingforperfectfit 02/12/2014 Age: 17 or under How does the Width sizing equate to A-D?
We were told to get a size 7.5 D. Would that be an X3? Sounds like I'm buying a BMW. :)
"X0" is the most narrow, and "X3" is the most wide. We would recommend that you confirm with your fitter what style and size you need. - DDS Customer Service (02/24/2014)
